Discovering Sewing

I very briefly sewed in high school when I took home economics. I do have a sewing machine. Fifteen years ago I wanted a sewing machine and I can even remember why. It was about the time my second daughter was born. Sew, I probably don't need to say more....with 2 kids, a husband, a job, several pets, and life in general, my sewing machine never saw the light of day. I have recently "kind-of" rediscovered sewing, helping make my college freshman a "game day" dress. More on this later! Anyway, I look forward to learning to sew and having fun and sharing on this blog. There are MANY great sewing blogs out there, and I hope to find them all and share.
